Treasure Valley Aaron Does a Virtual Tour of Three Hubble Homes

Hey everybody Treasure Valley Aaron here! Today we’re going to walk through some Hubble Homes to share some of the types of homes that Hubble builds. I was looking on their website and they’re currently building a new development in Meridian,  it’s called Prescott Ridge and it’s right off of Chinden Blvd. Which is near the new Costco that was just built.

To get a better idea of where this is, you might want to read our driving in Meridian article.

Let’s take a look at these homes!

Touring the Yosemite

On the lower level right as we walk in we’ve got a full bathroom.  And right next door they’ve got an office which is technically one of the bedrooms. It has a fireplace which is nice for cooler winters. The kitchen is upgraded with nice appliances and a large pantry.

Upstairs there’s a loft area which is great for a playroom or a larger office area.

The master is beautiful  with a nice double vanity. The floor has a nice hexagon tiling design. Each person has a separate walk-in closet. There’s even bathroom storage there for towels and other necessities.

It looks like this home has 4-5 bedrooms depending on your floor plan.

Touring the Garnet

With a similar first floor layout there’s an office and full bathroom.

The loft area has a little study area with a gorgeous wall. There’s a nice sized laundry room across the hall with lots of folding space.

The master bedroom is a little smaller but it has a large closet space that isn’t separated like the last one. now it doesn’t look separated like the last one. This house has 4 bedrooms total and overall it’s a nice house!

Touring the Bella De Soleil

This was the 2022 spring parade home. The downstairs has a beautiful fireplace and the kitchen has tons of space to sit around the island with built-in desk space in the counters.

There’s a mud room with an extended bench.

I almost missed the huge walk-in pantry.

The loft is usually on the other side. And the laundry room in this house comes with a sink!

Moving on to the bedrooms, it looks like they have a Jack and Jill situation here. The master bedroom has floating cabinets in the bathroom and a massive walk in closet.

In Closing
