Idaho's Attorney General Issues Caution
Rental scams are a serious threat to you and your money! The Gem State Patriot news outlet reports the warning from Idaho’s Attorney General, Raul Labrador. This article also provides things to look out for.
One thing from the article is this advice, “If you’re not local, ask someone you trust to go on a tour of the home for you — or to drive by to make sure the home they see matches what you saw advertised.”

How To Find A Rental
A lot of people ask if I know any property managers… and, yes, I really do! They don’t often have a lot of inventory to pick from and they suggest looking at CraigsList… and they often put their rental listings there too!
Because CraigsList is so popular, it also attracts scammers. So BE CAREFULL!
