I know that you want to live where you have quality of life in abundance… and Idaho certainly fits that description! But WHERE in Idaho should you be looking? Is it the Treasure Valley area around Boise… or maybe over in East Idaho; the Pocatello or Idaho Falls area?
Yes, they are both IDAHO… and have a lot of similarities but they have some differences too.
This week I talked with Anike, a great real estate agent in East Idaho and we talked about what things are like over there!
Where Is East Idaho?
I had a great Zoom conversation with Anike… and she is a seasoned agent in East Idaho. Her office is in Idaho Falls and she helps buyers and sellers from way north of Idaho Falls to way south of Pocatello. Check out our conversation in the video below.
East Idaho is different from the South Central area of Twin Falls and, of course, different from the Boise area’s Treasure Valley. In fact, there’s even some differences between Idaho Falls and it’s neighbor to the south, Pocatello.

There really is a difference… East Idaho vs. the Treasure Valley. But there is also a lot that is the same; great people, conservative government, great outdoors! You should also consider how things are different; traffic, weather, jobs… things like that. Anike and I talk about all those things in our video conversation so be sure to check that out!
