The Bagels Just Hit the Spot!
When you want something good for breakfast but can’t drag your stomach through another fast-food drive-thru, you would be smart to give Sarah’s Bagels a try. Why? Because it’s local, it’s tasty, and there’s so much to choose from! I went there this morning and want to share this gem with you!
Sarah’s Bagel Cafe is a local eatery found in downtown Boise, old-town Meridian and in south Nampa. I typically head over to the Nampa store and I’m always happy I did.
The bagel sandwiches, whether for breakfast or lunch, burst with flavor from the bean sprouts and avocado to the pastrami and bacon. You can go with any number of different types of bagels or maybe a flaky croissant.
And there’s so many combinations of sandwiches… and drinks, from fancy coffees to boba tea (I don’t even know what that is!)… and there’s soup and then bagel packs and various cream cheeses to take home to continue the culinary party for a few more days!

Yes the food is great… and such friendly folks who work there… but what I really enjoy is seeing the mix of people who show up. You’ll find teenage girls getting their sweet drinks, folks dashing off to work with a great breakfast to ease the grind, and then the retirees who regularly meet to recall the past and figure out how to fix the future. I just get that home-town, back-to-America vibe every time I stop in at Sarah’s Bagels.
So when we’re out looking at houses, remind me or Mareen and we’ll swing on in here with you and to get that needed boost!
