HOMEOWNERS EXEMPTION
- Complete your homeowners exemption as soon as possible.
- You can easily do this online for Ada and Canyon Counties.

WARRANTIES
- Submit the necessary for the various warranties on the new appliances or other items in your new home.
BUILDER WARRANTY WORK
- This was discussed during the NHO (Episode 8).
- Make notes and take pictures of warranty items and notify the builder (typically through their warranty portal online).
DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES
- Get your new Idaho driver’s license and plates and registration for your vehicles (if you’re relocating here).
