You’ve probably heard of Micron in Boise, Idaho… it’s a pretty big high-tech outfit that makes computer chips and things like that. With more chips being made in the good-old US of A, Micron has be super busy and has been growing like crazy!
More Micron growth means more workers and more construction workers… bottom line; MORE PEOPLE! And people need a place to live!
I toured three neighborhoods that are not too far from Micron and looked at just about the lowest priced home in each area. See what your money can buy and what your drive to work could look like!

Treasure Valley Dave's Thoughts
Micron in Boise, Idaho is growing… A LOT! It seems that all of these new workers at Micron, many who are coming from out of the area or local people who just want to live closer to work, housing is in short supply and prices are inching up. Options could be getting a cheaper home near Micron or moving a little further away to find a lower priced home.
